Pay Bills

- Payments made after 4:30 P.M. will be considered the next business days transaction

- Credit Card use is limited to a maximum of $3,000 per month, per customer

- Any unpaid balance is subject to disconnection

- If you are making a payment on line and you are scheduled to be disconnected today, please contact Customer Service at 615-893-7225 to verify the status of your account prior to making your payment

- Payments made to your account through this process are non-refundable

- Be sure to write down the reference code as receipt that your payment was successfully submitted. If you receive an error message do not try resubmitting the payment as this may cause your account to be debited twice. If this occurs please contact Consolidated Utility District via email or by phone on the next business day between the hours of 8:00a.m. to 4:30p.m. for assistance.
